• Floristería Montejo's may make changes to your arrangement without prior notice, this will depend on the existence and availability of the product in the current market (Call a product for flowers, stuffed animals, chocolates and any other accessory that is part of the flower arrangement). The replaced product(s) will be of similar or better quality than that shown in our online store. These changes will not imply any additional cost to the client. ​​

• At the request of the client Floristería Montejo's may make changes to their floral arrangement, these changes will imply an extra cost to the value previously stipulated on the website.

• Floristería Montejo's offers home delivery in the Manassas VA area and surrounding areas. This cost will be added at the time of making your final payment on our website. If the delivery area is outside our delivery territory, there will be an additional cost to your order, which can be canceled by phone, with a credit card.

• In the event that the recipient is not at the place of delivery, Floristeria Motejo's will notify the sender by phone or text message. If the sender authorizes Floristería Montejo's to leave the arrangement at the place of destination, in that case we will not be responsible for damages or losses to the arrangement(s).
